Go Relax Travel Lied about a radio station prize Orlando Florida

I was one of those victims while driving back from Tampa, Florida to Macon, Georgia. They were looking for the tenth caller if you know the answer of the singer that played in the Spanish movie "El Cantante". I decided to call with the answer. The answer was Marc Anthony. I was then told that I had won a 4 days 3 nights to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and that airfares and hotel stay was included, but that I simply needed to pay for the taxes on the prize. They representative said that I had won a prize valued at $4000. I told him that I had to consult with my husband before making the fee on the phone. I even said that I wanted literature on this package since I was the winner and he mentioned that he could not send it until I paid for the country taxes and hotel taxes. I even asked what airlines were they using for this trip and he mentioned, Airtran, American Airlines and JetBlue. I asked for their website and he insisted in giving me the Melia Hotel information without disclosing his original company "Go Relax Travel" At no point of the conversation did he mentioned the company's name. He said that if I could not pay the tax and fees within the next 5 minutes, I was going to lose my prize. I even mentioned that the airport taxes in a lot of the Latin American countries can be expensive and he mentioned that I would not have to worry about it because everything was paid for by the radio station Rumba 100.3 out of Orlando. I received my registration information stating that I authorized a one time activation charge for this CRAP. Never in my wildest imagination would I have lend myself for this kind of scam. They are very deceptive to the public and lies are told. I want to know what can be done. When you call the company they put you on a continual hold and when they return, no one knows what you are talking about and they can't really help you. They claim to have a recorded conversation, but I believe after they have ran their mouth like a coyote and half of what they are saying is not understood. I also received something stating that I would need to go to a presentation for 90 minutes. What a Prize? and If I don't attend some additional charges may incur. The only reason I signed and returned my paperwork. It is truly because I feel as though I am going to lose my $338.99. These people are a ripoff and should not be in business. I called the number that I called the day of the concert, and they have the nerve to say "congratulations" you have just one a trip. I asked if this is the scam they run on everybody. I wish someone could run a special report and get these scammers to jail. I certainly will like to call Charlie Chris to see if he approves of this kind of business in his state. I know where this company is going with this scam. I will probably not be able to find the availability and eventually and will be out of 338.99.
