This company will tell you what you want to hear to get you into there web of lies! We moved in with a huge deposit, given a garage door opener that didnt work, gave us 7 days to let them know all of the things that where wrong with the home. Only 50 percent of which got fixed. We didnt make a big deal about it because we are pretty laid back people that do not like confrontation.rents 1354 a month and because we had a problem with our bank because my wallet was stolen they will no longer allow us to pay with personal check and to top it off charged us over 200.00 in fees. Keep in mind my rent was due on the first and I physically went to the office on the 4th to drop off a new check. After hours on the phone on friday trying to fix the situation FINALLY someone tells me to go and drop off a new check with 100.00 more added to rent for fees. So I go drop off check and today monday I get an email from elise that there not going to take it and to go take a money order or cashiers check and add ANOTHER 100.00 to it!!! My rent is 1354 and they want over 1500.00 now! I can not believe the nerve of these ppl! I am living in a home that has a broken water pipe in front, toilets that are not secure and they tilt and a pool that took months to get into useable shape. PLEASE TURN THE OTHER WAY AND RUN WHILE YOU CAN IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO RENT FROM THESE CROOKS! Thank you GO renter for ruining our lives and christmas for our kids. I believe in KARMA and only wish that every single one of you guys gets what you deserve!
