go trans is a badcompanyiwas least on to them.wasfrued insurance papers by associated insurance company gotrans insurance carrie.i had a conversation with one of the co owner father and son trucking company about losing my truck with them .i needed to have full coverage insurance on my truck and needed as for my truck prevision to being,hired company before i wood bobtail [drive my truck to get hired on'] it was agreed to . when i got here i wasgiven paper work and look over while i waited for,the owner's wife to get back,from,the,dmv she falsely said my truck had insurance on it she-hadto of made a check mark where it,said,does it have insurance on the truck this as to be one i the law! the tags for the truck . long with the contract from go trans was a paper for what i was told insurance paper from go trans trucking company all the papers together and hen was,rshed out the door to pick up a load that needed to b picked up before the company closed for the week end. 3 week's went by and a car lost control in front of me.as soon as i hit my brakes i lost traction and went in to a ditch .i called go trans and told them what happened i was told by the owner to tell the police that every thing was ok and had help coming . they told me they woo tke care of every thing and would take a week or so .i came home and what to hear from them but no word after 2 week's i called they wood not talk to me . i sent in the paper of insurance they gave me the insurance said my truck was never put on there policy i sent them a registered letter but they refused to pick up the letter. i tried contacting lawyers there but wood not take the case because they said that go trans was a fly by night company! when i fount one company they wonted 3 to $4,000 up front which i didn't have .i thentalked to india/owner operators association talking to them they told me the owner's both father and son were both been put in prison for frud.this took place in 2003 i till wood like to go after them and take them to court but have no money i any lawyer could take on this case please contact me,im not sure if the limitation's are over are not. now im being sued by freightliner for $67,000 some one can help please get in touch with me.
