go wireless Verizon in killeen is a rip off. They treat you like crap and take advantage of whoever they can. killeen, Texas

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

My mom went to Go wireless in Killeen Tx on August 4th to open 3 new lines. The rep that helped her, Angie, said that if she bought some phones, she would get 3 accessories for free. On my moms bill, it shows they charged her. My  mom asked her why she charged her, Angie said she couldn't explain to my mom....

Angie didn't explain the rebate process to my mom, so she thew away the boxes and all packaging and couldn't get rebates or return the phones.

I ask the manager to get me in contact with her regional manager. A week later...still no call. I look up the company, and send an email to their customer service and finally get an answer from their regional  manager.

The regional manager tells tells me that a NEW manager will take care of me.
The new manager apologizes and tries to help, but after the first day we go back to the store to get everything returned, he doesn't help us. He tells another store employee to "take care of it".

From trying to return the phones on the 14th of august, finally on the 26th of august they accepted the phones... but we haven't received our refund!!!! 

all we get is the runaround....  Go Wireless in killeen is a RIP OFF!!!

Regarding the charged accessories. You could just return those stating you were offered them for free. Regarding the rebate I would say both are at fault. The employee for rejecting to inform you about the process and your mom for neglecting to save everything that has a return policy on. I mean if I went out and bought a car why would I throw out all the paperwork?! The customer service sounded like it was a hassle, but again treat people as you would like to be treated. If you were a female dog, I'm sure they would not respect that.
