go wirerless i got a phone . was told i had 14 days after 4 days i hatted the phone and wanted to cancel. i was always told try it you have 14 days . buy day 10 phone was not responding correctly. i decided to can would not let me return my phone ,cancell contract , or replace defective phone. as I had mailed bar code in to get a $50 rebait. no bar code we can not exchance (unless you get on in mail refebishen palm springs , California

go wireless uses large Verizon sign in the store and store front. Most people think they are just that. they are a sub con track store  and do not treat their customers well.  I got a droid razor after my droid x went bad. i was sitting on the fence as to get a razor or i phone. I was told i had 14 days. I could cancell for any reason. After 4 days of in and out and not happy with the phone , ( it was not user friendly ) and just not right. i tried to trade in on the i phone. I was told NO. I had cut off the bar code and mailed in for a $50 re-bait. What you told me to do that. I was told to keep boxes and packing but no where in contract or our sale write up did the sales man say you need to do rebait after 14 days. I said i would give the $50 dollars to you. They sad no bar code no excange, no return and i could not even traid for a new razor as this one was shorting out and not right. I had 14 daYS . I am now stopping payment on crdit card descover. I am writting this, and telling every one . WATCH GO WIRELESS IS NOT VERIZON. How and why Verizon would let them use there name and let people think that it is verizon is just bad bussiness. i am sure it is cost effective. I will fight and I will win. As contract state cancell in 14 days and contract void, refund. i now will go to AT & T as i can not trust gowireless or Virezon.
