Godrej & Boyce Manfacturing Company ripoff non-delivery of an ordered and paid item Kolkata West Bengal

This is to lodge a complaint against the non-delivery of an attached mirror for Godrej Slimline (Almirah) that was ordered more than a year back. The order was made for Godrej Slimline Almirah along with the mirror on 19th February 2004. The almirah was delivered on 25th February but the mirror is not delivered till date. I have personally lodged numerous complaints to the company over phone. I even visited their showroom thrice, taking a break from my busy schedule at office and recently in October 2004, to make enquiries but to no avail. The salesman in the showroom promises to get back within a week but never fulfills.

I request you to take a look in this case and penalize M/s Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. accordingly. Further I also want a return of the payment (with interest and suitable compensation) that has already been made to the company for the mirror.
