Just because you can spell, that doesn't mean you're smart. Just because you call other people out on the credibility of their claims, that doesn't make your claims any more credible. But I do respect you for being able to get mad at someone who is "insulting" your little company and call them stupid. Bravo my friend... You use big words too, you must be right!

This company is a scam. Anyone with a computer or an unbiased look when going through your "process" can see that. If the 600 dollars and 40/month are for the photo shoot, the food and the fact that you guys are representing the talent, then say that. Don't tell the customers that you don't get any of that money, and that that money is for a server for the website, or whatever other lie.

Francois tells you that you're kid is special and that he/she will be a star knowing very well that for most of the kids that come through his office, this isn't true. If somehow you do become successful, it will probably be because of another associated company like the Kids thing. I know you're gonna blast me for not "researching" the Kids thing, but the name is irrelevant. They take something like 20% which is high but they can actually get you auditions. Your guys' calendar thing had like 5 or 6 jobs/auditions a month and throughout the 4 or 5 months we were signed up, only 1 of them actually matched the description for the kid. And for this great "service" and taking pictures and a video you get 15% for idk how many years.

You're very lucky you're still around right now but you should really start being more honest with your source of income as they pay for your "honest wages."

I am so amazed that you have the audacity to make such insidious claims but are not even willing to use your real name. You sign in as Eric from Encino but sign out as Sam! So, why anyone would believe someone who is not capable of remembering their real name is beyond me. There are many inaccuracies and blatant lies in your writing. I am sure those that take the time to read it will find that they are reading childish baseless insults written by someone making false accusations. What I am lost about is why you would take so much time to embarrass yourself.

I am going to point out the misinformation and obvious untruths paragraph by paragraph. I will also point out some obvious observations about you and your writing. I will identify the paragraph by number starting at the top of your, so-called, report and move downward as it is read. First I would like to point out that you were called by Hollywood Casting. The Website Company is Gohollywoodcasting.com two completely different companies.

Paragraph #1

You can't even identify what your child was called for. You said or something like that. You also claim to be leary because of the hour but fail to mention what the odd hour was. How convenient, for you not to mention something that may not be so odd to others. By the way, it is spelled Leery.

Ok, I agree we treat our customers and their children well. You did forget to mention the Espresso machine.

Paragraph # 3

I am so confused by this paragraph. What questions were you asking? And, when did he threaten to call the police? This doesn't even make sense, it seems like an amateur attempt to discredit somebody with out any real evidence. Why would someone want to call the police unless they felt threatened? Another thing that is bothering me is why you would slander someone, call them an ex-convict, and claim they have a prison record with out proof? You offer nothing but an unsubstantiated claim that you can look it up but you have to pay. You are trying to make us believe you looked it up but you mention nothing proving your claim. And if you did look it up why aren't you mentioning what and why? It is obvious that you did not and are trying to fool, those that have taken the time to read this. I do believe your little ruse failed. I might also add that there are hundreds of F Maaloufs in California and 11 Francois Maaloufs listed in the white pages. Francois Maalouf the owner does not have a record nor has he ever been to prison. Again, your misspellings and your grammar in this paragraph are atrocious, which has begun to call into question your intellect.

Ok, we use appointment setters. Although I am sure that, most Americans do not have the obvious hatred for people that work for a living as you do. I agree most people do not want to be disturbed at dinner by a telemarketer. I am also certain they harbor no ill will, toward those trying to earn an honest wage, as you obviously do!

Please read this report and its rebuttal. You make, reference to it but do not quote it in any semblance of accuracy. I suggest that you read it again and see why you are not being taken seriously. You should print and reference it while you read your own claims and you will see why no reasonably intelligent person would trust you.

Do you know how many times someone has mentioned having a friend in the industry who says that such and such is a scam because .? All, when asked who they knew, could not give names that are recognizable or well known. My question is, why are you speaking to someone who obviously did not make it, and why take their advice? If by some slim chance that you actually do have a friend that is truly in the industry, ask them if they have spent any money to promote themselves and how much? You can also ask them if they know of any place that pays for their client's photography and videography like we do. Specifically when the client is an unknown with absolutely no resume?

I am inviting you here, with your friend the Child Star. Please come and sit down with one of my representatives to discuss the difference between today's Hollywood and the Hollywood of yesterday. I am sure once you are done, that you will have a difference of opinion. If you are real, take me up on it then you can report your findings here. And, yes I am the owner why you would question that is laughable.

Here is where you are seriously misquoting what was said in the other reports rebuttal. No where in that report rebuttal is a mention of an ISP! I am sure any one that can read will agree.

You are a graphic designer and computer tech? Please explain why someone who is so versed in the use of a computer doesn't know that there is such a thing as spell and grammar check?! Give me a break!!! Lets discuss Domains by Proxy, If you question any body that truly uses today's technology you will find out that the majority of the domain names purchased are truly just licensed for a period of time. Please go to go daddy. You will also find out that any and all security steps taken when your clients are children, such as multiple servers and proxy domains are greatly appreciated by the parents!! Again, thank you for pointing out the steps we take for our clients and their safety!

As far as I was able to research, SEG is closed and has been for years. I am sure that those who use the computer as much as you claim to, realize that many web sites are designed similarly. It is common knowledge that it is less expensive to use a template and redesign the content than it is to rebuild. I am sure our clients appreciate the fact that we are frugal in our spending.

Thank you for pointing out the accuracy of our claims. The ISP's Client is Gohollywoodcasting, which is exactly what we have been trying to tell everybody all along. We are Hollywood Casting and the owner of the website is Gohollywoodcasting, which is the hosting company as the other report claims. Nowhere did we say ISP as you claim. If I am correct doesn't ISP stand for Internet Service provider? I am sure that any tech would know that, why don't you?! And of course Gohollywoodcasting charges for their services that is how America works, it is called commerce! You have written your whole report based on some thing you have no clue about!!!? If your claims were plausible it would mean that the price of gas should only be what the gas station pays for it. The price of a Dolce Gabanna bag should only be what it costs to make, and the price of food at a restaurant should only be what the restaurant paid for it. You obviously forget the service the man-hours and the abilities of those employed by the companies, don't you think they deserve to get a fair wage? I am sure that all others do, specially those that work for a living! Do you, or do you just donate your time and let your children fend for them selves in this world? How does your mortgage get paid if you do not think you should get a fair wage? Give us a Break!!!!

Funny thing about Rip-off Report, they very clearly state they are not making the claims contained within but only hosting and posting! They further claim that they do not validate or substantiate anything written. And they refuse to delete anything even when proven inaccurate. (please research rip-off report terms of service)
