Order 4 guitar wall hangers on September 16th 2012. Received the usual email stating the item will ship in 7-10 days. No other emails, no tracking numbers nothing. Sent several emails to the address on the website, same canned response that someone will get back to you in 48 hours. Still nothing!

Stay away from this company, they are trying to cash in on the deal of the day site crazy and they fail at it. When they first started items shipped quick, now they have gone down hill fast. Already started a dispute to get my money back. Stay away customer service is non-existent.
