Gold Key Credit ripoff We disputed the authenticity of these alleged debts, got no reply. Key West Florida

This company was discovered by us when we applied for a mortgage, and found a number of 4-5 year old "medical" bills on the credit report. Not knowing what any of them were, we phoned them, and got told to pay up, the debts were ours, must pay today by credit/debit card or Western Union, etc., and that Gold Key Credit is a "collection agency" for the giant collection agency NCO Financial.

We disputed the authenticity of these alleged debts, got no reply. We then sent them a certidfied letter demanding these non-validated entries be removed as required by law. No reply. Then we dound out they are not licensed and bonded as required in our state of arizona, so all their activity here is illegal. Today we got a letter that claimed to "validate" a debt- a bounced check to CVS from 2002, which neither of us ever did.

This company has routinely violated FDCPA and FCRA laws repeatedly, and now will face our Federal lawsuit against them for willful and malicious violation of at least 10 statutes. Additionally, they are guilty of a Class 1 Misdeanor for not being licensed and bonded in Arizona, and we are reporting them to the Arizona ATTY Generals office.
