We visited Ocean Beach in May 2015. Our sales person PJ lied to us about how long it takes to get active in the system. We were TOLD 4 weeks- but it was really 8. When we finally get access to exchange our weeks- nothing- NOTHING is available. There were no discount flights- as promised- no availability- as promised--- no discount tickets to concerts and sporting events. We cancelled without even using the service... BUT they are still reporting to my credit report.
This group lies to get you to sign and then doesnt deliver on any promises. They are predatory and fraudulent.
The good news, my credit card company reviewed the information and granted charge backs- back news my credit is ruined. This group should be sued in a class action suit to stop engaging in deceptive sales.
In the mean time- others who are defrauded- contact the commonwealth of Virginia Attorney General... if enough people complain, Gold Key Ocean Beach will be officially investigated
