GOLD RUSH JEWELRY DESIGN aka ALONZO ISRAEL CERON BRENDA CERONE, BRENDA LEE CERONE, AL CERONE, ALFONZO CERON DECEPTION, FRAUD, KNEW ROLEX WATCH WOULD NOT TELL APPROPRIATE TIME, KNEW BEZEL WAS DEFECTIVE Las Vegas Nevada

On 3-25-2016 I purchased a rolex watch from Brenda Ceron owners wife of Gold Rush Jewelry Design at 8125 West Sahara Las Vegas, Nevada 89117. I only purchased it because she said it was all Original including the bezel, bracelet, stem and chrystal. In fact she said it was so original it came with the original Blue Box. Infact she added don't lose the box you can sell it at anytime for 500.00!  Because she said it was all original I bought it. She wrote up the first receipt and did not list in detail  that it was all original so I asked her to re-write up another receipt and list everything she proclaimed to me and to please sign it. When she was finished she put the receipt in the blue box and bagged it as I gave her the money.

 When I got home I kept looking at the diamond bezel and it just did not seem to me like diamonds the rolex factory would use both the size and the quality seemed inferrior and I kept looking in the mirror tipping my wrist to see the sparkle but it just was not there.

 So later that night  I left for an event and wore the watch and ironically ran into an authroized Rolex watch repairer in Las Vegas at this function. I asked him if he would not mind taking a peek at the watch and give me his opinion.  We started talking and he took out his loop and said I dont want to say anything bad about another jeweler in town but here look through my loop at 2 o'clock and do you see anytning? I said yes I see a dent at 2 o'clock. Then I noticed there was a dent at 4 o'clock, 8 o'clock and 10 o'clock on the bezel. The man also showed me by holding the watch in his hand that the links were stretched out abnormally  and showed me how to tell.  I also noticed the watch did not tell the right time it showed an hour slow or off. I remembered when I was walking out of the jewelry store Brenda's last words to me were... if the watch does not work or tell the right time be sure and bring it back into us and Al will fix it. I thought that was a strange remark but at the time did not think much of it.

That night when I went home I looked up Original Authentic Rolex watches vs fake or after market on the internet. There was a man on line that showed everything with photos of both original vs fake in detail. One thing he said is that the stem of an original rolex had to have a black washer showing when you pull the stem out to wind it.  I looked at mine and it did not! Brenda had also told me they would be closed on Saturday and Sunday so I waited and first thing Monday which was less then 24 hours later I spoke with Al Ceron and told him 1. I do not think the watch is all authentic there is dents on 4 of the numbetrs. He said bring it in I will polish them out you won't even see them.  2. I said the watch does not tell the correct time. 3. I said the diamonds do not seem large enough or bright enough for an authentic bezel from rolex  and I had a Rolex jeweler look at the diamonds and he did not want to bad rap another jeweler in town but he did not feel they were diamonds that Rolex put in and Rolex definitely would not dent the bezel in 4 diferent areas. Alfonzo Israel Ceron then said I will not take it back!  If you want me to send it to Texas I will for authorization but I will not take it back. I said it is less then 24 hours that I bought it from you and I just want to bring it back I do not feel comfortable with it and I just want my money back. He said, you just wanted to wear it over the weekend and it has been more then 72 hours! Not only is he a lier he just insulted me in a big way. I already own 2 other womans Rolex's that I wear and I only bought his because Brenda said it was all original and my Rolex's that I own one had an after market face and bezel on it by choice by me and the other one I was not happy with the band it appeared to me it was not the original bracelet.

Next  I take the blue box out of the bag and open the blue box and take out the receipt that  Brenda made out a 2nd time for me and I notice 1. She does not put the year of the watch down which she claimed was 2005. 2. She leaves off my name, address and phone number. 3. She does not put paid in full anywhere on the receipt 4. She does not sign the receipt. She does write on the receipt it was paid with a credit card and cash though and both amounts though.

I have already cancelled my credit card. I have already made a written complaint with the better business bureau and I just cannot believe people that have suppose to be in town selling jewelry since the 80's would not allow me to take the watch back for any reason yet alone if I am dissatisfied ove so many issues.

Beware of Al he sounds scarry to me and an angry man and I feel sorry for his girlfrirejd or wife as well with a man with such a temper. 

Any suggestions on how I cam get my addiction monies back that I paid the difference in cash with?
