 This is a small company owned by a young woman named Erin. She pays her employees under the table to avoid paying taxes. She also doesn't have to pay overtime that way. I was working Mon-Sat 10 am- 7 pm with no breaks, paid or unpaid. She tells customers she's giving them the best deal possible when they bring in their jewelry/coins to sell, but in reality she's low-balling as much as she can. She's a horrible person and cares more about ripping people off than being a decent, fair business owner.
