I had simalar probalems. I made a purches with them. soon after a woman called and asked me my age. then before I could say another word she hung up the phone.

I used the customer chat option next, but even when someone picked up on the other end they would not respond. I tried again many times for several days but after that it just said every tiem that there was no one available. 

I looked at there previous reports about other people that paid there and they seemed usually greatfull towards the company, but once I saw that some of the reports were letter to letter, the same just in different intervals I knew it was fake. I do not know even how long my report on there page will go unnoticed. I suspect that when they see it posted there they will be inclined to delete it because it does not fit with there fake web page.

I tried to call them several times but the phone number they gave me was not in service.

I sent them sevral letters through email but have not gotten any response.

I have threatened and am willing to find out who these people really are and proscue them if nessary.

HUAI HSIN KAO was the person that pay pal sent as the recipient that got paid. 

This may be an ails, but I am going to ask my resources if they can positively Id this person. My friend is very good at what he does, and i'm sure would be glad to help me.

I hople no one else falls for this scam, there are too many going around these days.
