This company came to cut my trees down, and make it like, In the owners words, "Make it just like they were not even there" What I was left with is 8 HUGE piles of chips. I spent a month calling him and his response was allways, "I got cha" or I will finish the job this weekend. Finally had to sue him, and still I have thepiles. BEWARE of this company.

Last answer to this poor company. We desided after finding out it would cost $100 to sue him so we are just going to let this go. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I did not fabricate a carbon copy of your "bill/ contract". And since you want to flat out lie rather than at the least take due criticism Guss and I will take action on the threated court action. Expect a sumons soon.

On behalf of Golden Acres Tree Care LLC., I want to express our concern with this false report & fabricated quotes. Golden Acres Tree Care LLC. takes great pride in company/costumer relationships. We are familiar with this difficult costumer & have explained to him several times what was initially agreed upon & put into contract. This costumer was made aware that cleanup after stump grinding has a charge-- we never received payment for such services, charged the costumer, or included this in the contract (shown above). We have never been sued, especially by this man. Unfortunately after exhausting all options & efforts in ending this situation on better terms (or) extending the contract to cover extra services, it was very clear that our quality (but not free) services were no longer needed at this property.
