Also, I know you don't offer a 3 day health guarantee, but in Randys case per your contract,....you certainly did. Anyone in their right mind would be Leary of your questionable actions or tactics. Be realistic Kim. When ine like you perhaps Most of the time a decent breeder, maybe,...when you go into an extreme defensive mode as you did before Randy started with the nasty cut downs, that's a red flag. Also when you change your story, maybe not intentional, but when a mistake is made, a good person would of had it faxed ASAP to Randy to make the transaction completely. You were maybe confused as in one of the early emails you question yourself if you even had Randy sign anything. I reread everything several times and I don't even know where you came up with most of your stuff. When one is written that makes it impossible for one party, like you did, the contract and transaction is voided and legally you would have to refund the money. Your mistake by giving Randy only 3 days and even if you gave him the vet records, which you certainly didn't, randy or anyone would almost be impossible to get into their own vet. But, furthermore when you found out he didn't get one and him advising you of the 3 days, you could of made sure he received it the next day. But, you delayed things until it expired.

The offer to extended it doesn't affect the orig. Contract and that's why it's null and voided by your mistake. Talking about stupid, lack of common sense people.....Kim Betten,...aka golden day doodles. She feels that she made a deadline by getting my vet record finally over to me 3-4 days later. But,...since she didn't immediately did make the phone call to the owner or the vet themselves my contract expired on August 1st which was basically 3 days after purchasing the puppy. I couldn't get the puppy into my vet without the records. Kim failed as a breeder, as her professionalism, as in customer service, in her character, in her awkward rationing and naive thinking. She failed. The cover up is always worse then the early failure on Kims part.

I still might take her to court for giving me a contract that made it impossible for one party even if she orig. Produced a vets record, my vet is 7-10 days out. Contract is null and void from the beginning. Now she's proud that she finally got me the vet records afters 3-4 days and multi attempts and pointed out the bad contract she wrote in the first place. I don't know why I even waste my time dealing with idiots, which I never meant anyone more out of touch and stupid then Little ms Kimmy Betten. Buyers beware!!! Anyone that wants more info, contact me, I can also fax or email a copy of the 3 day health guarantee that she gave me. ( by giving me 3 days to get the puppy into the vet) she claims it was unintentional,...but I say no. Either way she screwed me and if the dog is very unhealthy or dies within a week,....I'm screwed by her so called contract.

To try to save face, shes claiming she would extend it, but that's talk and the contract is what it is. Update !!!!! Now this breeder is trying to slander a honest customer after cheating me and now pertending to be more outraged by customer she conned. This is a pattern to this lady Kimmy, one would think shes 13 years old by her logic and thinking patterns. By the way, my 3 day health guarentee in the contract expired. On to court soon still no vet records. This breeder from golden day doodles is attempting to hide how awful her business is. Kim never showed me or had a position of vet records. Go to the " breeders review" under her name and golden day doodles and she has done this to many customers. Of course I'm upset as I didnt get what I paid for.

The following day I realized she only gave me a 1 1/2 pages of a messy contract and that's all. My daughter which was present the whole time, which is a nurse was a witness to this. There was so many red flags from the start, I should of been wise. No dogs on site and she kept the 2 puppies in a baby crib. The other puppy I didnt choose look sick and unhealthy. This so called crazy nut job Kim, said I threatened her, I told her if I didn't get a vet record by Friday, I would shove the dog up her $&$. figure of speech. Common sense says that means " you can take your dog back" in a firm matter. She keeps changing her stories every time I talked or emailed her. She said the 1 1/2 pages of the contract is all what "her" vet gave her". I refused to believe her then it went to,,...well this wasn't even one of my dogs.....so how could her vet give her the records as she just came across that dog recently.

She s attempting to be more outraged then a customer that was cheated....by crying, whining and defying common sense, logic and the truth. You can't slander someone by being truthful. FYI to you Ms Kimmy. I feel sorry for you. All you had to do was produce one without me having to call you on it which you were counting on. You've cheated others in the past, but after I called you on it,...you could of offered to fax it to me, scanned and emailed to me, give me the vets name and phone or have the vet fax me the records....but no you argued first,....after ignoring me and when you realized I wasn't going away....you replied only then. Stay away from this breeder, don't be conned,....she doesn't know what a good breeder is as I've only dealt with great ones.

I guess if she scammed me in order to keep her kids from starving,....then it's a donation taken by dishonesty. Sick people. Golden day doodles """" buyer beware !!!!!!! (GrandRapids, MI) This so called breeder ( golden day doodles ) is dishonest and does not supply any vet documentation. She also flips dogs, either buys them from breeders at a cheaper rate because they can't sell them or gets them from shelters. No dogs on site to be seen. I was hoping to see the puppies parents, but was not given a reason why they were not. It stated if I didn't get the dog in to the vet by August 1st, which was 3 days prior to me purchasing the dog, the health guarentee would be null and void. That screws me as I can't get her in by that date. Kim claimed it was based on her first shots which she didnt have or supply me with. She denied this 3 day warrantee on her pups, but....in reality my health guarentee expired in 3 days of purchase and I couldn't get her into a vet. She claims she would extend it, wow....still legally in this contract I would be screwed. How or why would she put that into the contract in the first place without giving me any health or shot recotprds or telling me in person I have 3 days. Kim is very unprofessional, naive, shady, liar, thief, con person and a starving breeder that will go to any lengths to get a buck.

I paid $1250.00 and for all I know I have a mutt since their no official paperwork from a vet or golden day doodles. She came up with every excuse in the book and kept changing her stories. Live and learn I guess. Her website is all made up about her breed and the achievements of one of her dogs winning 200 agility courses. Also, being a Christian person, I'm offended on she smothers that into her website claiming she's of faith, a Christian and the "God Bless" non sense. (coming from such a person ) I'll update this and several other sites as this is only a small portion of what I'm putting up with.

She's a very shady person as well. Matter of fact when I was there, she went down her stairs to answer the door in her bi level house and left the baby gate open and her baby that was almost a year old came within a couple of feet of an open gate and I ran over there and grabbed her baby right before she would of tumbled down the stairs. Being careless, reckless comes along with her being shady, a liar and a con person. She claimed that was my fault since my daughter showed up 10 minutes after me which she knew that she was meeting me at her home.

Anyone knows if you are distracted by someone at your door or open your baby gate in any situation you always think safety and always secure your baby gate. I have that in her email, with that logic and lack of common sense, I should report her to child services. Im a professional person and have bought at least 12 or so dogs throughout my life and always had a package or pamphlet full of information, contract, vet records, food currently on, health of dogs, parents of the puppy,,,etc....but I was hand 1 1/2 pages that were printed off of her printer with her phone number and email scribbled on top of the page. There are many great breeders out there, if your smart you will avoid Kimberly Betten and so called Golden day doodles. Just read the views and use common sense ! I let myself be a victim by being too trusting of a person. It's not too late for you!!!!
