Golden Valley Lending- Utah PayDay Loans Wire Fraud.. Never signed to agreed loan Upper Lake Utah

Applied for short term $900.00 short term loan. The rates were outrageous. I never e-signed or agreed to loan terms. I never accepted the money, I emailed the company numerous times as they kept hounding me to e-sign for my loan, my emails stated I was not accepting the loan. Two weeks later they accessed my account without my approval and just deposited the $900 into my bank. I contacted Golden Valley to advise i never auth this loan. I also advised that my bank automatically deducts $500 from any electronic ACH or direct deposit, thus the $900 they was now only $400. The next day Golden Valley withdrew $900. I had to borrow $500 to cover the shortage as well as 105.00 in NFS fees. I emailed Golden Valley asking for $605.00 reimbursement. I received two replies, 1) claims they owe me nothing, 2) then they state they need my address to send the check. They sent me $105.00 but nothing to cover the $500 I had to borrow. Golden Valley must be in violation of some type of wire fraud and FTC violations. How can i determine what the violations are actually called (i live in AZ). Also I would like to know what the legal and monetary penalties are for processing a ACH transaction w/o proper authorization.
