Golds Gym, Avoid Golds Gym Milford NH ABC Financial rip off Milford New Hampshire

Golds Gym tried to sue us.  They sent ABC financial after us when we signed an open ended contract with them,  We paid 150 up front for a month to month open contract that could be ended at any time, so we thought.  Unfortunatally we weren't told we had to send a certified letter to golds headquarters in order to quit a local gym.  They tried to charge us after we talked to the local manager of the gym, FYI he is a dishonest person.  

We called the 800 number they supplied us with and were on hold for 45 minutes during regular business hours, 2:30pm and tried calling multiple times.  No one picks up at this number.  Dont sign on with these people, they are dishonest and only want your money.  We were threatened to be sued by Golds per ABC financial with court costs and attourney fees for them plus the months of the Gym time that were not used while we were trying to quit the gym.
