Gold's Gym Phoenix (Downtown) Phoenix Arizona

A sales rep at golden gym signed me up for a 2 year contract when I was 17. The sales rep persuade me to get the membership and I did. I asked if my parents needed to sign because I was under age and said not. He got me a personal trainer and it was a male. I felt uncomfortable and decided to cancel the next day. They refuse to refund my money and took them months to cancel and did mot refund my money. I been trying to get a hold of them since 2011. I called and asked to send me a copy of my contract and said they would and I have not received it yet. Their customer service sucks. They didn't care I was 17 and took advantage of my innocence. I still want to fight for my money back I know that contract shouldn't of been vaild because I was underage.
