I paid a deposit for a tour.  Jimmy the employee of Gonzalez Amazing Transport & Tours did not show up to do the tour.  I called him and he said he would not return my deposit.  I reported the theft to the business and Alberto said he would not return my money.  The business stole my deposit and did not provide the service.
