Good Ol' Boys Tire and Service Center Terrible Service Does Not Stand Behind Its Work or Tires Washington Utah

Warning! Warning! Do not go anywhere near this tire store unless you love being scammed. I bought four new tires and within a day I noticed one of the tires was quite noisy - kind of like a shopping cart with a high spot on one of the wheels. I went back and complained about the problem. They removed the tire and looked for any visible signs of a defect and found none. I told them I wanted a replacement tire anyway - that I did not pay $120 for a tire to listen to it rumble for the next 60,000 miles. I also told them their reputation with me was dependent on replacing the tire. They refused to replace the tire. The tire performed OK it was just noisy. Ithink the belt was not positioned correctly when they molded the tire. I was NOT a happy customer. Then a few weeks later I was on a trip 300 miles from home. I had the first blowout of my life. It turned out the valve stem failed - releasing all the air in the tire (not the noisy tire), thereby totally destroying it. I drove an extra 50 miles on the service spare looking for a tire store in the same network as Good Ol' Boys. Once I found one, they replaced the tire, but not for free. They told me I had to settle up with Good Ol' Boys. They also reported that they (Good Ol' Boys) had not replaced any of the valve stems when they installed the new tires - a service they charged me for. I returned to Good Ol' Boys several days later and told them how their negligence had severely impacted my trip, endangered the safety of my family and cost me $130!! They would not take responsibility for their negligence or compensate me at all for the tire! I will never deal with them again for any reason. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Tell your friends and everyone you know that Good Ol' Boys Tire Service Center cannot be trusted!!
