I am writing this report for my parents. My mother is currently working and my father is recently retired. We've been living at the same address for over 20 years. My father decided it was time for some new front doors on our home.
My father went to JOHN WOSMAN at "THE WINDOW & DOOR OUTLET, GOODRICH COMPANY" IN CHINO, CA. He made monthly payments to total $2,000 before the doors could be installed. Once the down payment was complete and we were ready to have our new doors installed we found that WITHOUT ANY NOTICE JOHN WOSMAN AND THE WINDOW & DOOR OUTLET HAD SHUT DOWN SHOP WITH OUR MONEY!!!
My parents have worked too hard all of there lives to have someone run off with their money! If this type of unmoral & unethical treatment has happened to anyone else from this company or if there is anyone reading this that may know anything or have any more tactics or suggestions or on how to make these bastards payback what they owe, please let me know. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

As a sales rep for window and door outlet it was my job to sell the jobs and that is what i did. I did not know that W&D outlet was going to go out of bussness. tell i walked in one day and they told me, yes the resession had hurt bussness but as a rep it was my job to bring in more bussness and sell jobs. Im true sorry to all those who lost there money do to W&D outlets poor bussness pratices.

ps. i never got paid on any of those jobs ether. we as salles reps only got paid at time of job conpletetion.
