goodwill of northeast iowa. i had bought around 7 jewelry lots weighing approx 10 lbs per lot. When I went too pay I noticed each lot was $50 in shipping along with no combined orders. so i called the iowa goodwill too ask why. this lady amanda awnsered. i asked why shipping was so high and she tried too tell me that it cost $50 too send a large flat rate box weighing 10 pounds from iowa to california. i told her they cost around $18 and can ship 20 pounds. and then she tried telling me that anyone who ships too california has too pay that much. she was the biggest impulsive liar i had ever talked too. and too see someone working at a nonprofit organization with that kind of attitude and demeanour makes me sick. so after she hung up the phone i contacted someone higher and they fixed it shortly after by dropping the price from 42 too 18 per large flat rate. after that I went too checkout and combined shipping on two jewelry lots weighing a total of 20lbs. red diolouge popped up saying ome of your items can't be combined. I paid anyway because they refused too fix it. then my first lot arrives and it's mostly plastic. the jewelry that was metal was so coated in acid tester that I couldn't even look through it or I would get hives. finally they ripped me off for about $340. they never refunded me and also won't text back. so sad
