I signed up for google money tree on 12/24/08 got charged $3.88 that same day, funny about that signup website it had trouble taking my official credit cards I kept re-inputing the card numbers until I put in my debt. card then it went thru. ok but now I regret ever doing that. cause now they got all my card numbers #.

I waited never got an email never got a cd kit in the mail, just got this ripoff charge on my GM credit card lucky that card expired so I did get charged on that one WHEW(dodged the bullet in jan). but,they got my chase card and they charged me $72.21 once every month 3X times feb/march/ april so now I was fuming MAD!!!!! ME HULK NOW VERY ANGRY!!! so I was determined to get my money back from these PIRATE B******S and I was not gonna take no for an answer!!!

so I called up chase in the middle of the night upset. the CHASE operator told me there was nothing I could do and I need to call google money tree co. get your money back. I told her I was in fear that they would charge me again and maybe I should cancell my card and maybe get a number, she said that might not help cause the charge might go through again. oh! my f**kin god your killing me here so you can't me right. she said it is best to contact the company to reverse the charges and call the CHASE fraud dept. which she did give me the number for 1-800-432-2628 (don't bother calling cause it is now disconnected) just my f****n luck. so now I can't sleep I can see my money leaking out credit card. so I'll just call in the day time.

called up CHASE bank on 1-800-300-8575 talked to operator lynn and told her about my problem and she was suprised this happened she removed the $3.88 charge as courtesy. they asked if cancelled the service with the company, I said not yet but I will today. she said ask to cancell and have them reverse the charges.

so I called google money tree in nevada at 888-760-6767 got a young kid sounds like he is 17 named CHAD I explaned to him that I never got an e-mail never got a CD KIT and that I needed to cancel and reverse the charges. he laughed there is no refund after 30 days, so now I am really mad I asked politely can I speak to a supervisor there, he says there 5 or 6 supervisors and they refuse to come to the phone. so I said wow they won't come to the phone? yep they are just going to say they same thing I am saying. so who do I talk to to get my money back? CHAD says we are a 3rd party company and we are NOT authorized to give back money. wow! COMPLETE IDIOTS these guys!! (so I guess they are there to give the RUN AROUND). the only good thing I got out of CHAD was a cancellation # and the main company name which is GOOGLE PRO at 2375 E. tropicana ave suite 8 las vegas nv. 89119 I said oh good now I can go picket them. hahahahhah. got you!! thanks CHAD click hung up on that fool.

Now I was armed with information that I needed to get my money back. I called up CHASE credit card dispute dept. at 1-800-705-8660 talked to lamont told him about what happened with the google tree people and got a cancelation # . so now he was able to put in the computer the info. I gave him ( I guess you need to get some cancelation # number so they can do something for you) he told me he reversed the charges all 3 of the $72.21 and the over limit fees. thank god someone out there cares, he said a charge back of $274.63 total will show on next statement. and I asked if they could lower my interest rate any further ? since I got him on the phone he said yep! I'll put in the request for you. he did notice it was a bit high. WOW I think I got my money back!! yay!! he said it is NOT neccesary to cancell your card number cause if they try to charge again it will be rejected and they will be charged a fee for the reversal. hahaha got ya google pro!!! d**n those pirates!!

so what I learned here is get as much info. as you can from your credit card co. ASK: SO, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS? CAN YOU HELP? WHO CAN I CALL? . also get as much info. from the scammers on their end and GET A CANCELLATION NUMBER. who can help who can not help. where the MAIN company IS LOCATED. but as you can see here all I had to deal with mainly is with credit card co. CHASE. CHASE BANK has the best dispute dept. ask for LAMONT he help big time -this guy deserves a raise!! he listened he was patient told me what was gonna happen and what he did for me. AWESOME DISPUTE DEPT ROCKS!! so next time call 1-800-705-8660 dispute dept for CHASE BANK.

I was ready to go to the cops if this was gonna end ugly, but it worked I was persistent and through don't get mad! get EVEN!!! and yes get your money!!!
