Google Moneytree Internet Initiative Scam to ripoff your money Las Vegas Nevada *NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.

I recently signed up for this company's money making kit for $3.88. Money back guarantee etc. It was about 8 days ago because I suddenly noticed that they were going to take $72.21 out of my checking account It was in pending status, and if the company would conference call with the bank and me then they would take it off, because there was no way to do a stop payment from a credit card.

I immediately called Google Moneytree using the phone number the bank gave me, and was told that I should have called one day earlier because I only had 7 days to cancel or the first payment would be taken out. I told the young man, in a nice manner, that I didn't remember ever seeing anything about that amount being taken out until after I'd had 7 days to see the kit and make a judgment as to whether or not I thought it would work for me, and I hadn't even received the kit yet.

He informed me that I had misread the information because it stated that I had 7 days to try out the WEBSITE and then would be charged, (and I don't remember anything about THAT much anyway) He said that I had waited to long to get my money back. I then said I wanted to cancel immediately and was told I could do that, but I should wait to try out the kit since I had already paid for one month.

Maybe I should have done that, but I was so mad by that time, that I went ahead and cancelled, getting a cancellation confirmation number. I had called my bank and they said that I could file a report and try to arbitrate to get my money back AFTER the money has been taken out, so I have decided to try to do that, but I don't know if it will work or not.

As you can imagine, I am NOT a happy camper I can't afford to lose $72 just down the drain as I am on Worker's Comp. and will probably be going on disability soon. I plan to mention this travesty on my blog, but I want to file any and ALL kinds of fraud reports on this company with anyone I can file with.
