Gordon, Aylworth, & Tami, PC AKA Gordon law Firm GAT used an address that I haven't lived at for almost 10 years. They said they are debt collectors. They are attorneys. They are trying to collect a debt that was written off years ago and was a secure account backed by a savings account. The credit card company simply took the savings and wrote off the credit card account. Eugene Oregon

I had a credit card years that was backed by a savings account. I retired 10 years ago and let the savings account pay off the balance on the card. The credit card company wrote off the account.

I am 72 years old and taking care of an elderly wife with dementia while living off of Soc Sec.

Now Gordon, Aylworth & Tami, PC are trying to collect money for Midland Funding (a collection agency) that I never owed. They have me living at an address that I have'nt lived at for about 10 years. They filed Summons for me to appear in Marion County Court where I have not lived in about 5 years.

This is a scam of the elderly and we get approched by the scammers alot. Help me if you can. Please!
