Gordon Dwayne Shine Jay(nickname) Gordan Dwayne Shine 04/25/1984 stole money with the intent to not start a job. Kaufman Texas

Gordan Dwayne Shine poses himself to be a certified contractor listed on Angie's List and Home Improvement. He came out to my family member home on 1/31/2019 with his supposed crew gave a quote on fixing a leak inside and outside the home, Repairing the roof as well as building a cover for the back of the home similar to the neighbors . He arrived with 16 male individuals to assure that the job would be completed and they could began work immediately. He wrote up the contract and took the deposit (which he stated was for supplies). 

The contract states that he will begin work 1/31/2019 and the job would be completed on 2/2/2019. Later the evening of 1/31/2019 Gordan Dwayne Shine gave a rang and stated that he was at Home Depot and he was buying the supplies and need an additional $ (We began to question him because this is not what is stated in the contract). We still purchased the supplies anyway.  we discussed afterwards what was stated in the contract he agreed and stated it was because we wanted Cedar post like the neighbors and it's a little bit more expensive. 

On 2/1-2/2 2019 we did not hear from Gordan Dwayne Shine at all. We began calling from different phones and we did not recieve a answer.  On  2/3/2019 Chris; Gordan Dwayne Shines foreman (which wasnt properly introduced and also resides in Kaufman, Texas ) shows up asking for the initial monies $ the homeowner pays Gordan Dwayne Shine over a cash app to his wife Lakeisha Henderson. Once the money was rec'd the foreman Chris called the workers to start.  When the workers arrived they had no supplies or materials to do the job. At this time Gordan Dwayne Shine was given a call because at this time he is in breach of contract and he was not letting the owner know what he planned to do about it. 

Not to mention that he lied and stated that his workers hd been with hime for years and all of them stated that they had been working with him for a few days.  One of the workers explained to us that he was not going to do this to us and he knows its wrong because the materials are not right.  Not to mention he was not going to get paid.  Then all the other workers would not do any work until they knew for sure that they were getting paid. To shorten this up a bit; Gordan Dwayne Shine is  Dangerous & Fraudulent .......  After returning to work research was conducted and we found that Gordan Dwayne Shine has been Committing THEFT and ROBBING people for a very long time in other states not just Texas.  He preys on WOMEN and the ELDERLY and Gordan Dwayne Shine Hires people from CRAIGSLIST to help him commit these acts and then fires them when its time to pay up.
