Gorell Windows & Doors, LLC Failed to honor lifetime warranty of there poorly manufactured windows leaving us with 10 spotted panes without recourse. Indiana Pennsylvania

We paid $10,000 to Huff & Puff in 2007 to install 13 double hung TMill Gorell windows.  Within a year or two, the windows started to become spotted with condensation in-between the insulated layers.  We had one window replaced free of charge in 2011.  However, when we called in 2013 to report that 10 additional panes were spotted and needed to be replaced, we were informed that Gorell had gone into "Receiving" so the Lifetime Warranty was no longer valid.  Apparently, a "new" company called Soft-Lite Gorell bought the assets but not the liabilities.  The new company will now replace the damaged windows with the same windows inherited from the original company at a cost to the customer of $116 per pane.
