Got Vacation timeshare - Telemarketing Travel Fraud

Celestial Travel contacted me on my landline In England to tell me the good news I have won the JACKPOT PRIZE in Florida promising an all inclusive holiday, including 5 Star Hotels, a Cruise to Barbados and all transportation. Britney called me on the 17th June 11 gave me the high powered sales pitch then requested my card details..  I told her I do not give my banking details over the phone.  Britney asked me to hold on as she is going to discuss this with James Bradford the Sales Manager.  The sales manger came onto the phone and told me that this is a legitimate company in Florida and requested my e-mail address to send me the prize documents for me to discuss with my wife and confirm.  It was very convincing and I wanted to accept the prize at a cost of 20% and the company would pay 80%.  I reluctantly gave him my banking details and I was assured nothing would be deducted from my account until I confirmed I wanted to accept the prize.  He stressed again that he needed my card number for verification purposes only. The accountant Jason Rodriquez from Celestial Mgt Group called me much later to confirm my banking details.  I stressed I had not received the Jackpot Prize documents promised to me by James.  I requested Jason not to deduct any funds from my account until I receive the documents and accept the prize.   This is where the mayhem started, Jason gave me the web site details www.vacpacksorland.com. And asked me to check the company out I responded by asking him who is this company and he told me a company under the management group where he is the administrator.  On the 21st June 11 Celestial Mgt Grp completed the transaction and charged my banking card details.  I immediately tried to contact Jason as I had not yet received any e-mail and left several messages which he never returned.  I called a few days later pretending to be someone else and the call was put through to Jason.  He acted all confused and said I must take it up with James Bradford as he does not know what was discussed or promised to me. I told him if this a legitimate company it is for him being the accountant to sort this out with James Bradford and call me back.  I have never received a return call. But I did receive in the post a package invoiced from Got Vacation Travel/Celestial Travel. I have e-mailed all the companies to no avail under their umbrella to cancel and refund my money.  I returned the package to GVT/Celestial Travel requesting cancellation and a refund. Nothing has been acknowledged and confirmed by the company who received my e-mail or written correspondence but I have all the proof chronological order.  I listed all the companies that I have contacted about this fraudulent transaction.  I have been bounced back and forth from pillar to post like a tennis ball.

www.vapacksorlando  and cs@vacpacksorland.com is managed and own by Travel EZ LLC

I have e-mail the correspondence dated from June, July and August 2011 to the above contact details.  To which I have not been acknowledged or the request to cancel the package received in the post and return funds deducted back to me.   The documents I received from Got Vacation Time reflected that I have purchased a vacation timeshare and the terms and condition to qualify for a reservation.  I do not qualify for any of their stipulations as Im 71 years old, nor was it ever disclosed that I was purchasing a vacation package.  I have done some   investigation into all these companies and there is a connection between all of them.  Travel EZ LLC t is a family based travel business run and held by the known owners Maria Vargas, Mario Pedraza, Juan A Nicholls, Carmel & Juan Davila and Vanessa Pedraza.  All related and involved with these companies.  Please, if any of these people contact you, put the phone down! These companies are professionals at fraudulent telemarketing travel and vacation scams.  They brush aside your questions and concerns with vague answers and give you a promise or assurance that they are genuine. Do not believe a word they tell you about any travel prize scam.  Please remember this warning IF A SALES PITCH SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY ISNT and save yourself a shed-load of trouble.  Unfortunately I didnt take heed as they sounded so convincing.  It now looks as if they have exhausted their consumer resources in the USA and Spanish consumers and are now concentrating on Britain and Europe.  These are fraudulent businesses telemarketers that overstate the prize you have won failing to disclose the real cost involved, and you are purchasing a vacation package, terms & conditions also failing to disclose restrictions, you will have to attend a sales pitch for 90 minutes whilst you are on vacation which is in their conditions of sale to qualify for vocational time. They dont disclose that the Fair Credit Billing Act allows you the consumer up to 60 days after the bills statement date to dispute these charges.  Please have a look at Federal Trade Commission website; please have a look the website for Federal Trade Commission and Fair Credit Billing Act.  If you have been a victim of fraudulent transaction please report it immediately to your bank and keep all correspondence and e-mails between the company and yourself.  It will take more that one victim to stop these unscrupulous telemarketers from doing their fraudulent business
