Government Grant Center ripoff $5,000 Grant for Account Information, plus $7500 credit line, plus $250 tax St George Utah

This is now (07/18/06) the third time that these guys have called me asking me to give them my bank account information so they can give me a $5,000 grant. Why is someone randomly calling saying that my 'family' qualifies for this grant; (I am my "family").

I'll be damned if I give some stranger my account number so when I ask for a phone number, they say that I'll get an extension after I give them my account number... Every one that I talk to is the manager??? and why he keeps shouting at me to listen to him, is really irritating, because he can't give me his phone number so I can call him back. He say's to "trust" him... and they don't have a working phone number!
Please! And He tried to explain to me how these workers were trying to just get me registered, so they could meet their quota.... (why would a public service officer have a "quota" to give grants to people?) I didn't even get into the line of credit that he was automatically qualifying me for... and when I asked him WHEN I was supposed to pay this tax (before or after I recived this so-called grant), he thought I didn't know what taxes were!!!! So, if "Peter Jones" and "Harry Williams" who were SO Not American as they're names suggest call you, please don't give them any info!
