Govliquidation - Government Liquidation Rip off terrible customer service nothing is as pictured or described Scottsdale Arizona

Government liquidation is a total rip off.

We won items on the web site and before our bidding got a phone call from an employee saying that the pictures were not accurate but the description was accurate.

Well after bidding and winning 10 lots worth $11,000 the description and pictures were totally wrong. We immediately called to report this to them and it only took them 2 weeks to get back to me and fill out some forms for a claim to be filed. So I filed a claim.

Govliquidation misrepresented the merchandise and agreed to accept the good back. Wow that is a first. The recieved the good and have not acknowledged reciept of the goods. i am still waiting for a return credit ant it has been over 2 weeks since i shipped the goods to them. Now not only do I not have posession of the useless good I still don't have my money .

They do not reply to emails. For a publicly listed company worth almost $500 million I am very surprised to see that they have one email for all their employees. They tell me that they have dial up internet to check the email. Sometimes they just don't get the emails.

They do not return phone calls. Trying to find someone in a managerial position is almost impossible and no one seems to want to do any work.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. BE WARNED. Horrible customer service.
