Once again we wish to re-interate that the false claim made by Mr. Cat is purely a defamation stunt. He is unable to provide any Invoice to subtantiate the claim nor provide detail decription of the item he claimed purchased.

Business card are widely distributed during Trade Fairs, Exhibition and to any new acquaintances. Hence, it can be easily misused if the said person who received it has malicious intention.

We at Gozzo Office Furniture Sdn Bhd is an innocent party due to this defamatiion act by Mr. Cat

Based on our records, there was no sales made to the complainant.

It is purely gutter ploy to tarnish our image by our competitors

Firstly, we do not courier out our furniture and they are either delivered directly to our customer by our own delivery team or own collection by the customer from our factory in Klang. When we deliver, we would also assemble our furniture at the presence of the customers. Hence, I am puzzled when the complainant stated he "opened the box and assemble them himself".

Secondly, all our sales Invoice is issued under another Company name within the Group. Hence, we do not issue invoice under Gozzo Office Furniture Sdn Bhd. 

Through out the nine years since we commence operation, we have served  our customers courteously and provide product satisfaction to them
