GQ Flooring LLC AKA JGG Flooring Did not supply items paid for, left jobsite, job incomplete, fraud credit card charge, lies often Venice FL

Big Scam.

1.  Contractor was paid 1/3, 906.00 on 5/21/18 to purchase all supplies and excavate.  6/11/2018 , only half of pavers delivered, we were charged and already paid.  Cost of pavers 612.00 included in initial deposit.

2.  Contractor delay project with  many excuses, always arriving later than communicated, and many days never showed up at all.  He doesn't have the Crew or tools to do the job. 

3.  James started on excavating a small area,  delivered only 1/2 of paver stones took 5 days to do these 2 things, both incomplete.   He owes us 368.00 from the initial 1/3rd down.  

4. Also,  6/12/18 he fraudulently charged 900.00 on my credit card.   I contacted him and he said there was a problem with his computer and he would  refund.  We contacted our credit card company to dispute this charge. 

5. 6/14/218 James shows up around 1pm and said someone was delivering remaining pavers shortly.  hours later his father shows up, James then leaves the jobsite.   I Told his father the remaining pavers stones were supposed to be brought today.  He acted like he knew nothing about it and said he can't haul  pavers.  His dad stated James had to go to Bradenton. His dad waited around for 3 hours, and said James always overcommits. James did not return on site,  and has not answered or returned calls.

6.  Original contact with James thru Porch.com, the contract listed business as JGG Flooring and Painting, Lic#17000250184

    This license is an active with business name GQ FLOORING, LLC,  not for JGG Flooring and Painting.

    Fraud use of license, and a  Con Artist

7.  Job was left unfinished, supplies were not provided when already paid for, Contractor lies and charged credit card without notification and/or discussing contract fulfillment. 

This contract turned into one big mess.   We are  finishing the excavating, purchasing additional stones, having stones placed properly.  Sad that this happens at all to so many people.
