Four months ago I purchased a 16x24 cabin from Gracland Protable Building in Liberty, Texas. I was told that a repairman would come to my properrty and restain the whole building due to wear and tear of setting on the lot for awhile.

When the building was finally delivered there were shingles missing and two door locks with no keys. The deliverely man made notes on our deliverely papers that the whole building would be restained and the missing shingles woulld be replaced along with the two door knobs replaced with locks with keys.

That has been three months ago and no one has been here to make good on the promises of repairs. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions, with no response. The repairman eventually called and requested a picture of the shingles so he could match the color. I texted him a picture of the roof, but he never showed.

I contacted Graceland again and was told they had no repairman for this area. They said they would have a new repairman the following week and we would be on his list to make needed repairs the next week. He never showed or called to reschedule.

I called the cooperate office again today (June 30, 2016).  I was tranferred to a lady where the buildings were manufractured. She said she would have the new repairman contact us Tuesday, July 5, 2016. He was out of state this week. She went on to say you will not get your whole building restained. I told her I had the deliverey papers that stated the building would be restained. I ask to speak to a supervisor, she told me to call Cooperate Office. I informed her Cooperate Office is the ones who transferred me to her.  I keep getting the run around.

I have since read many reviews at different web sites with the same complaints.  I only wish I had seen the reviews before I made my purchase.  Like one person's review stated, "if you see a building with a big G on it, turn and run away". These folks are horrible, ripoff, rude, dishonest and will make your life miserable.
