Micahel Gale, Gerald Ramdeen, Amy Swartz, Randy Boyer, Angad Paul have all created a fabricated story about private equity, advisory, and commodities trading. While they maintain a San Francisco address, there are no offices, no employees and no credibility behind these people and their web sites. This scam has gone on for years and has reached far flung places like the UAE, Russia, England, France, Africa, Asia and beyond. Michael is a master at spinning stories of wealthy investors who he claims to have made multiple promises to invest into his private equity company. None of these claims have materialized into reality. Yet, the fraud continues: trips around the world so Michael Gale can keep up appearances as though he is accomplishing something. The reality is quite different: Michael Gale is an Australian national, married to an American; several children in Australia, ex-wifes, bankruptcy, no credit and yet he retains the title of CEO? Not one of these indivuduals, or these entities, are registered to conduct financial or brokerage services in the United States. Gramercy has never made on direct equity investment into any companies, and that holds true for the companies listed on their web sites.

Gerald Ramdeen is also a party to this fraud beginning with Millennium Equity Group. A private equity fund making the claim that they control $650M in assets. Again, none of this true. If you perform a simple search on Millennium Equity and Gerald Ramdeen, you will discover a press release issued in 2009 indicating a $650M fund designed to bring money to under-served technology properties. Again,none of this is true. Millennium has stolen large retainer fees from companies they promised investment monies to and never delivered. This is fraud and it need to come to and end.

A completely false and defamatory post by somebody who hides behind a fake name. If anything like what is claimed was true the Poster would be in Court or at the FBI not writing anonymous posts on the Internet. Only a fake claimant would do that.
