Grand Canyon University- Phoenix Arizona They lied about where I could use for educational student internship and financial aid amounts I was borrowing, plus took my student stipend ! Phoenix Arizona

Hi,

 I cannot advise how inhumane and illegal this school really is ! They claim to be a "Christian University," yet are so far from the truth it is unbelievable! 

They said over a year ago that I could use a private school I was at that time opening for my educational student internship; then when I was 2 MONTHS from graduating, pulled the rug completely out from under me; and advised me that they had "new rules"; and that I now had to do intership only at schools that they would "find" for me! 

SO, how conveniently, they forced me to take a non-licensure class path instead; and I now owe over 50 k, and + no degree; because they also decided to not advise me that they were keeping the rest of my student stipend for last semester; and also now would not release my OFFICIAL transcript until I was paid in full ! are you kidding me? all the time not advising me that I was running up my bill with them! ../

Wow, what a "Christian' thing to do ! HORRIBLE SCHOOL...
 
The teachers there are also mostly HORRIBLE...They are rude, stupid, and insulting! One actually said "kiss, kiss, hug-hug to her students" ??? 

I only had two professional teachers in the 5 YEARS I went there. UGGGGHH...

BTW: IF you have a family emergency; they are HEARTLESS. yet claim again to be servant leadership and a CHRISTIAN school ! 

Summary: OK, so if you are so "Christian"; why then are you stealing $$ and stipend $$ from me; and also not allowing me to graduate; even though I have a 3.85 GPA? I could have arranged a repay plan; or something like that...

I only owe 2.5 K, but I cannot afford right now to pay them back; because I am a seasonal worker; and it is winter :(

So, please do not go to this school... they are liars and rip-off artists, at best!
