I downloaded the Grand Casino Venice, the first day I played, I Purchased $20.00 and received $10.00 free for joining. When I received my credit card statement they had showed I purchased $60.00. The next time I played which was 5 days later, I purchased $120.00 (2 x $50.00 and 1 x $20.00) the casino got this information correct. Over the time I played, I won and according to the casino, cashed in $157.00. But when I questioned them about the $40.00 that I didn't purchase, they froze my account and only credited me $65.00 (in a check). So they ripped me out of $132.00. I have copies of every transaction that I made at the casino (they provide a PlayCheck, transaction record) to which I made a copy each time I played. This record shows exactly what I just wrote but they refused to look at the transaction record and said that I would have to take it up with my credit card provider. What do they have to do with it!
