Grand Crowne- Gatlinburge TN FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: CHARGED $317 WAS TOLD $79 FOR 3 NIGHTS Pigeon Forge Tennessee

 Last week we signed up for a time share class in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburge  TN. At the time of purchase I was told I would recieve 3 nights/ 4 day deal @ the wilderness for $79.  I agreed and recieved an email with everything that was quoted to me.  Once we checked into the hotel I was told that we owed taxes of $80 and that has to be paid at the time of check in. Not once was I told or emailed about the taxes.  They also said we had a 1 bed room seperate living room hotel room. They stuck us in a 2 bed queen room, there was nothing we could do sbout the room and the hotel wasn't very nice about the request.  Once Iset the time for the tour I was already upset because I checked my credit card and they had held $317 on it not the $79 that I was told.  We went into the meeting and it wan't organized at all.  I got to spend the fist 25 min listening how he was a vet and so was his father (trying to get us to feel sorry for him and his family) that was sad to lower himself like that...  Then we got to here about how he had everything in common with everyone in the room.  Once he started giving out the numbers that never matched up, I realized we had been in the meeting for over 2 hours (not 90)...When I was trying to get them to remove the extra money on the card they became really rude and was not nice at all.  If you dont agree to the package and buying something from them, they want help you at all.. It's been 5 days since the meeting and I still cannot get any help with getting my extra money back.  THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.  Please do not waste your time or money..Pay the diffence because once your there all the hidden fees add up to the diffrence each night..
