Grand Leisure Travel Pocono Vacation Home Rental Deceptive Marketing & Fraudlent Vacation Rental Tannersville Pennsylvania

We were advised by Grand Leisure Travel this was a Ski In property located at Jack Frost Mountain and they even confirmed in email, but when we arrived it was 55 mins each way driving distance. The place had the gutters hanging off both the front and back of the home. The kitchen floor had a huge sag in it due to water damage. The place was filled with mold, with an thick coating of dust on the ceiling fans, vents, throughout the home. There were holes in the walls & doors. The couch had an 18" tear in the fabric with the plywood sticking out with staples to greet your face when sitting on. The tv did not work and fridge barely got cold. The listing shows it is offered with a fire pit which I guess was another lie. It also states it is handicap accessible, but is a flight of steps to get inside than another two flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms. The pool table had no pockets so the balls fall on your feet or the floor when one goes into the pocket with warped or bent pool sticks. Everything about this place is a fraud and very deceptive listing details. If you want to sit out back on the deck watch out for the exposed electrical wires literally that go to a main breaker box without any safety considered. This place is like a FRAT HOUSE that needs to be condemned, because it is so worn and neglected. The pictures are probably 10 years old so dont go by them because you will only be in for a rude awakening upon arrival. As for GRAND LEISURE TRAVEL I would not recommend them at all, because they are in charge of the listing details and responsible for making sure the property is at least clean, let alone safe but when we called them they either never answered the phone or would tell us to expect a call from someone who never called. We made repeated attempts to work with Skye who is the sales manage, but it was a complete waste of time. I have traveled all over the US and I have never been seen anything like this or had to deal with anyone so irresponsible as Grand Leisure Travel
