Placed a preorder for my son after a few phone calls in February 2013, with Steve the owner. I was told that the order would be ready and delivered by late April early May and that I would be informed when the delivery was sheduled to go to Seneca, South Carolina. I sent a Winn Dixie money order on 02/21/13 for 675.00 as requested. [I have the receipt]. By the 2nd week of May, 2013, I started calling Steve to find out what was going on. That is when the excuses started. The delivery date was pushed back to late May, Then June, then July. I called Steve in July and after 3 months of nothing but excuses, and requested a refund. As of July 28th, 2013 [ I have copies of the text messages] after not receiving any responses, I texted a few messages prompting a refund. I finally got an answer in early August stating he was leaving on deliveries and when he got back, the refund would be emailed. This is December 7th, 2013 and have not seen a dime. Have lip service but no refund. A business is measured by it's customer service and the ability to create satisfied customers. Steve has failed miserably on both. Not to mention he has 675.00 that does not belong to him. The most dishonest part being he promised a refund that hes has never refunded. You can not refute the truth. This is bad business on his part.

There are no excuses. Refund the 675.00 deposit you took.
