Attention: To Whom It May Concern:
Dear Kim T Ripper,
SUBJECT: RESORT

When I came into your facility on 03/10/07 I was given some papers to fill out, after filling out the papers myself and Frances was approached by one of your representatives. At that time we were asked a few questions and your reprehensive asked us to come in the back with him. He was partially explaining what he thought was necessary to get out attention, leaving out a lot of detail.

He managed to tell us about his $80,000 a year salary and his BMW and how he wasn't making any monies off of our sale. He talked about a lot of things. He asked us if April 21, 2007 we wanted some beer or champagne, I expressed to him that neither myself/Frances were drinkers; he insisted we have a drink so we did.

He wanted to check out my credit history and assured me that my card wouldn't be charged; needlessly to say it was. When I questioned him he told me not to worry about that my property would go up for rental and I would be sent a check in the mail to do with it what I pleased. I was also given a gold points card, which he said was good for purchasing items off the intranet and for using at restaurants.

During the following week I was eating at a well-known restaurant and asked if they accepted that card and they said no. At that time I noticed the card had 2008 on it, so I called Grand Seas Resort the following day and the young lady I spoke with told me someone would get back to me in 24 hrs that didn't happen. I called back to let a young lady know I would be in that area on the following weekend of 3/10 evidently she got in touch with your reprehensive that mishandled this situation.

He called me ranting and raving about how he's in Miami at a funeral for his father; he explained to me the reason why the gold card rewards say 2008 is because it had something to do with my credit score I said okay fine.

When I was at the Resort I ended up spilling a glass of champagne on the desk of the young who was drawing up the papers, your reprehensive kept talking about Frances walk and her big butt, I used the ladies room and came out and asked him when was my property going to be rented his response was the young man is on the phone taking care of that right now.

He assured me that I would never have to come out of my pocket with money because every year I can rent this property out and use my points and my getaways which would never go over $299.00 per getaway.
I called your facility on 4/17/07 to speak with a reprehensive and she couldn't fine any information on my. She asked if my last name was Anderson, I said no. She told me someone would call me back in 48hrs I called back on yesterday and spoke with a young man who did find me in your system. He told me that I wouldn't be able to rent my property out until 2008 or use my points.

Prior to that I gave your reprehensive a call the one who's dad had deceased and asked him about renting of my property he said he would have his assistant send the papers out to me, I asked how long does it take for the actual rental he said 45-60 days, I was still alright with that again he lied to me constantly.

While there I asked when could we start using the resort his response was immediately another lie. He gave me his house #, his cell # and his e mail address and told me not to talk with any one there to always go through him. I'm unhappy with this we have been fraud from the door. He never gave us a tour of the property, he gave us a room # to go and look at a property which was another fraud because it had 2 bedrooms. He got in his BMW and took off we had to go in the lobby of Grand Seas Resort and asked one of the young ladies that was working behind the desk to show us a one bedroom.

For these reasons I would like to cancel this contract, I've already called American Express and have this in a dispute with them and I trust we don't have to take this any farther. Please notify me by mail and keep a watch on who's representing you.

As you can see I have the original cancellation letter included when I was mislead about the gold points. I would never purchase anything that I cannot have use of until the following year. Why did he even draw the paper work up that way, seems like he did what he wanted to do and told us what we wanted to hear..

Sincerely,
Valerie S*** & Frances W**
