Mark and Angela will not be ripping anyone off anymore. Criminal charges are now filed and a full investigation will follow. Anyone that has been scammed by these two should contact their local police department and file for criminal charges. No chance in ever winning a financial reward. It's a short and painless process that I have been putting off for more than 3 years. If you do file, tell them you are not alone as this will surley help your case. In light of today's con artist like Bernie Madoff and others, not a judge in the world will see it their way. With their back rounds this should be an open and shut case.
