These scam artists contacted me by phone and
offered to apply for government grants for me for the fee of $298. They said I could apply for however many grants I'd like to, once the initial fee was payed by me...After I answered a series of questions, I was told I was guaranteed at least $5000 and could top out at $25,000.000 in FREE government grant money.
My account was debited on 7/10/06 and I was to recieve the start up package 21 days beyond that... That never happened!! I called 6 times in total. The first 3 calls I was told the package was in the "shipping process". The next time I called I was told they had my address recorded wrong. Finally I was told twice, it had already been shipped. Keep in mind this company actually had a recording call me and give me an updated number to check on the status of my grant.
I am upset beyond words... I have 2 pre teens and newborn baby at home... This "grant money" was to jump start my own business and do some home improvement projects... But more importantly would give the opportunity to stay at home with my children...
