GRANT SEEKER PRO Money theives.. very insulted! yorba linda, California

my husband and I were seeking government grant assistants to start up a small business, we filled out applications online and got a phone call from a lady named Kathy.. she told me all about their product that helps people get government grants and informed us the government is giving millions of dollars in grants this year as long as we ask for $200,000 or less were 90% guarenteed to get our grant or its 100% money back guarentee .

she also told me DO NOT ORDER IT ONLINE, if i ordered from her she will be my personal counsler she would be their to help me as i go with writing my business plan.. this sounded like a awesome program so of course we ordered it.. well after receiveing my book my husband and I got started, needless to say this was way harder for the average joe to understand.

we made numerous calls to kahty who "promised to be our counsler and answer any questions as we go" .. ya, she never answered or called back.. this got me a worried i got taken for my money.. I then called another number i found online and some a*s answered tho Phone, I informed him i was havin problems understanding some stuff and told him about the issue with kathy, he then informed me (very rudly and arrogant) "well if you have a question with the program your best way to get answers is to write all your questions in a email and send it to us, that way it saves our (meaning them) time"... i was kinda blown away by the lack of customer service..

any who after calling and calling and getting no answer or the same p***k answering the phone i decide to get a refund..  I called customer service and yet again the rude man answered, i told him i need a refund of course he asked what the problem was and i told him this is a very hard program to understand before i could get 2 more words outta my mouth he insults me by yelling in the phone.."Mam i have a 7th grade son that uses this program to write business plans, its very clear to me you have not made any effort to writing your plan!".. oooo my this set me off and it was on i made it clear to him he is very rude and needed to learn customer service, he then gave me the website to get on to get a number for my return and hung up..
 
i then call the number and of course no answer.. i leave a voice mail and told them i need a refund and what do ya know my 'personal counsler' kathy calls me back (of course has no clue who i am).. she gives me the run around and numbers to call yada yada.. needless to say i still dont have a business plan or refund or a returned phone call.. Im now minus $100 and these people are awful i work with people all day and would never dream of talking to someone like they did me.. this is a complety SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! God will take care of these people they will get whats comming..
