this agencycompany is "grant assist.com"

at no time has anyone, other than myself used this account for any purpose.

this unauthorized transaction has placed my account over the limit.

immediate government action should be taken to remove this agency from the internet

and anyother source of communication to the public.

request my credit account be credited due to this outrageous unauthoried transaction.

This company is not an "agency".  They are a private company and they are a scam. There are no grants for individuals.  This company knows this.

When you signed up and ordered the "free" CD (or whatever), you inadvertantly gave them permission to do a monthly charge to your charge.  This charge is disclosed in the fine print that no one ever reads. Dispute the charge with your credit card company.
These companies don't tend to fight too much normally.
