Grants Advisor USA17 Promised Grant money for college. Asked credit card info, charged processing fee,& another charge for $60. Can't acess link in e-mail. Chicago, Illinois

 I was contacted by Grants Advisor USA via e-mail. The e-mail stated get USA Grant money for school,buy a house or car. They asked for your credit/debt card # through a secure site for a pricessing fee of $2.97. My bank account was debited for the $2.97, and also a grant kit for $57.61. The kit was listed as free in the e-mail.They sent several e-mails trying to reach me. I was unable to acess the grant kit link in the e-mails. I sent an e-mail to Haley Samuels stating my inability to acess the link. She has not contacted me, and her name is the one listed on all of my e-mails about not claiming my grant kit.After futher investagation I realized this is probally a fraudlent company. I have notified my bank about the charges on my debit card.
