I contacted Judy Kosterman for an estimate on a poster for an event for my business.  She was very nice at first when she proposed her bid to me at $800 and I paid her to begin working.  She took over a month to finish a simple little poster design.  She would not return any calls and she kept putting me off and buying more time with me.  Finally when the poster design was almost ready she requested $350 more which is an outright disgrace.  I told her no way as we had already made a deal, but she insisted on the additioanl money and would not send me one print of what I paid for.  Please do your research on this individual, she is a true crook and con artist.  If you need print or any graphic design work, go to someone reputable and do not risk your money.
