I ordered shoes from this company and since they were not comfortable returned them to the address indicated on the bill. I didn't hear from them, so after about 2 months I called them (it was almost impossible to get a live person on the line, but I finally succeeded,forget about email--they never answer!). The acknowledged the receipt of the shoes and promised a refund.

I am still waiting several months later.

If you want to try their shoes, order them from a reputable merchant like s****.>
