 These idiots are beyond comprehension they do so many things wrong they couldn't even  be expected to crap right. It starts at the top with an idiot who is too cheap to buy anything worth driving, i have seen better trucks rolled over on the side of the road than he provides. His son 2nd in command is so full of crap he has brown hair and brown eyes. Then ya get to enjoy the ineptness of idiots they consider to be dispatchers.

 They love to wait until you are empty then expect to get ya a brokered load with a 98.6% fail rating from the DOT,good luck there. They don't reimburse tolls but in order to make it to cleveland ohio or akron ohio area on time with the loads you either pay or get your .03 cents pro driver pay taken. If its broke but the truck runs forget about getting it fixed. If it breaks down you made it happen not the crappy unkept equipment. Holiday pay what a joke for OTR drivers $8 for 8 hrs, locals get there regular $11+ pay figure the fairness in that.

 It took one driver over 40+ hours to get empty and to the next stop where his truck broke down. He spent nearly 19hrs. in the cleveland cold with no heat and food. Being a diabetic he took his meds as prescribed but informed them he was woozy light headed and sick to stomach with hunger and sugar levels out of whack. They promptly discharged him or expected him to pay over $300 for a diabetic Dr. to say his numbers were right. After a few meals numbers returned to normal, if they had insurance worth having a Dr. would accept it and he could get them the info. That would mean less money for the owners horses so its not gonna happen.

 So a quality driver that they caused a problem for and he fixed just by finally getting to food they have marked as a medical dismissal and in order to get any job now he has to pay for a Dr. to write a note to submit to prospective employers. They always make it hard to get a next job by making sure the drivers were the ones in the wrong. Among other companies a company will always be believed before a driver so knowing this they screw them at every turn. They just suck,sell drugs or your body before ya work here, do anything possible to work anywhere but here.
