To all you unfortnate great cars and trucks victim. feel like you are in nightmare trying to get your money back, well I am here to help you. i used to work there and I am going to tell you what you need to know.

First the owners are Craig McMoron and Audrey Schmid, the managers are Gordon Howe ( Fat crack head) and Chris Ashby ( who is running from the law) Call your credit card company and tell them the charges were not authorized. if they dont have your signiture they cant prove you asked for the services. it may take some time but you will get your money back and that is the ONLY way you will. I apologize to all of you the entire 1000's of you that have been screwed. I quit as soon as I found out.

Craig and Audrey pay in cash so they dont have report the money to Revenue Canada. I cant believe they are not behind bars. Craig also owns vehicles for sale and the national car lot. Buyers please stay away from those 3 companies. If they sell so many cars why are there so many on there site, it is because they dont and the people who get screwed leave there vehicles on hoping they will get something out of it. I hope this will help someone if we all do a charge back maybe we can put them out of business. PS: they get charge 20 dollars for every charge back. I say we join together and take charge.....

I would love to help you. I deleted the numbers that Craig used to call me back after I sent him that email, they were different than the "original" cell phone number that I had for him.

I can give you that one. If you look through some of the other posts, I think someone else posted the same exact one, before, or I may have, don't remember.

I'm reluctant to post them on here NOW, because I actually did get my money back, so therefore, I am actually happy when it comes to them. I still think they are shady and a scam company, however I have no problems anymore with them, other than there shitty customer service.

Whenever I get home, I'll repost the original number I had for him.

Hi Lauren, I would love to have those addresses and numbers. I have a boyfriend that worked there and he was supposed to make about a 1000 a week, Craig never paid him that, never. Any help we can get would be great

YAY! I got my money Back

After emailing Mr. Craig McMoran and threatening to email his friends at the racing club AND also threatening to put up my own website with the URL (if it's still available) with all the information I know on this company I FINALLY got my money back after I was double charged.

After calling, emailing and bothering these people for about a week and a half, I finally got tired of it and took the advice of another poster on this web forum and emailed Craig, threatending to email his friends at the Alberta Dirt Rider's Association and a few other things, he responded to me within AN HOUR of me emailing him, so this tells me that he CAN and does check his email regularly.

His responses to my email were hilarious, as he was basically kissing my a*s to make sure that I don't follow through, he's a good a*s kisser though so I won't be following through with any of my threats, because as stated I got my money back.

Chris had originally told me that my money wouldn't be refunded to my account until two weeks from the date that we spoke, however SOMEHOW Craig, made sure that the money was refunded in about 3 business days, HMMMMM DO I SMELL A RAT... I think I do!!!

If you want your money back, email Craig, let him know what you can do, what the situation is, and if you have a legitimate case (meaning you follow the directions and everything or have been overbilled) then he legally will be worried, and trust me he'll KISS YOUR a*s TOO!

If anyone would like his numbers, or anything else get with me, and I'll help you out. I know a little bit now after some research.

Another Method to Rip Us Off

It seems that National Car Lot has now taken to copying ads from Auto Trader, seeking out credit card numbers and charging unsuspecting people for services never rendered.

I was charged a fee by National Car Lot of
$160.50 to my credit card in June and because I was awy on business for the last few months, I was unable to detect this until now. Unfortunately, Visa will do nothing because it is passed the 30 days to dispute the charges.

Therefore, my objective is to seek out these criminals, and take legal action to the full extent of the law.

The sad part here is they will probably close shop one day, declase backruptcy, and open as a new company the next day. The even sadder part, the government will not only allow this but they will encourage it with business development incentives or start-up cash.

I am going to make it my mission to get this company SHUT DOWN.

I worked there too, and the stuff I've seen is ridiculous.

Anyways. Oh! Before I go on.. I wasn't a sales person.. I answered your calls. Yup, that was me. I took your complaints, concerns, and everything else..

And to one lucky person, I told them not to call this company again because he'd just get scammed.

Received my refund!....After 2 years.

I filled out the refund form may 4th of 2004 with all the proper paperwork and in the time alloted and after two years of e-mailing ,phoning ,filing with the B.B.B. and posting on several websites about my experience with this company and also contacting any business or club that had any of the scum bags mentioned above doing volunteer work like Craig who was a volunteer supervisor at a racing club.
I actually got a refund check from them this week! No letter or response just a check. Strange but hey persistence paid off!.

Hi Wally, I am not James I am sure that scum bag still works there. I am just trying to help all of those who got screwed. Yes they screwed me by not paying me properly but that was long ago.
