Great Cars And Trucks.com 4 months to get a refund, ridiculous! Calgary Alberta

I should have googled Great Cars and Trucks when they called back in January 2007 to advertise my car for sale. I fell for the lies and of course had not one call due to their ads.

I have applied for my refund and actually got a letter dated May 24,2007 that my refund was approved. I was asked to wait 8-10 weeks for the credit to my account and have seen nothing so far. It's now the end of September! I emailed the company as they asked,to report that the 8-10 weeks had passed.

Guess what? No reply! Today I tried a few different phone numbers I found on the net and finally got an answering service that told me that "the staff is in and out". She took my message.

What kind of business is "in and out" during the workday? I am pretty sure it's a big ripoff and I would discourage using them. We sold the car through autotrader.com finally. I would reccommend them.
Does any one have any hints how I can talk to someone at GC &T?
